To ensure a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for both the client and the specialist, all bookings are subject to the following Code of Conduct:

• Strictly Professional: This is a professional grooming and aesthetic service. Any inappropriate comments, sexual suggestions, or physical advances will result in the immediate termination of the session.

• Zero Tolerance: In the event of misconduct, the full service fee will be charged, the client will be permanently banned from future bookings and where necessary the authorities will be notified.

• Hygiene Standard: For the safety of the specialist and the quality of the finish, clients must be showered and clean prior to arrival.

• No-Show & Cancellation: We value your time and ask that you value ours. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.

• Safety & Comfort: We maintain a clinical standard of hygiene. All equipment is sanitised between every appointment. Your comfort is our priority; if at any point you feel uneasy or have questions about a technique, please speak up immediately.
