How do I book an appointment?
The fastest way to book is via the online booking link, which shows all current availability and prices. Alternatively, you can send a DM on our socials to discuss specific requirements or travel outside of Greater Manchester.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No, you don’t need to pay upfront. However, a credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged a £15.00 fee if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, you’ll simply pay the full amount on the day of your service.
How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
Your booking is not final until you receive a confirmation message from us. Once we’ve reviewed the logistics and travel time, we will confirm your slot. If you use the online link, you will receive an automated notification followed by a personal confirmation.
What information do I need to provide about my location?
When booking, please provide your full address and any specific instructions for finding your property (e.g. apartment door codes or building names).
Crucially, please include details regarding parking. As we carry heavy professional equipment, we require a guaranteed parking space at or very near your door. If you live in a permit-only zone or a restricted area, please let us know in the booking notes so we can plan our arrival accordingly. Any necessary parking charges (such as pay-and-display or secure NCP rates) are not included in the service price and will be added to the final bill on the day.

Do you offer repeat booking discounts?
Yes! we reward consistency. Our pricing is tiered based on how long it has been since your last visit. If you book every 2 weeks to maintain your "Always-Ready" look, you’ll benefit from a lower maintenance rate compared to a one-off "full clear" session.
Why do you ask personal questions when I book?
Because we are a fully mobile service, we bring the studio to you. Since we don't have the luxury of a stocked supply room down the hall, we have to "pre-build" your service kit before we leave our base. Every detail you provide ensures that when we arrive at your home or studio, we have the exact tools, products, and time needed to provide a flawless result.

Why do you need my height and weight?
This is about logistics and safety. As a mobile provider, we carry specialised portable equipment. Knowing your physical stature allows us to:

Why do you ask for my hair colour?
Different hair pigments and textures require different tool and products. We don't bring every tool we own to every house; we bring the ones you need.
Specialised Tooling: Dark, coarse hair requires different blade grades than blonde or red hair.
Custom Chemistry: Some hair types are more prone to irritation. Knowing your profile helps us pack the specific pre-shave and post-care products (like specialised cooling balms) that match your unique biology.
What does "What’s your thing?" mean?

This is a standard requirement for insurance and legal compliance. As a mobile professional, we must verify that all clients are 18 years of age or older before we enter a private residence or studio. Your data is protected by our strict privacy and discretion policy.

We provide a fully mobile, professional service. We don’t have a high-street salon; instead, we bring the "studio experience" directly to the privacy of your home or filming location. This ensures total discretion and convenience for your schedule.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Greater Manchester as standard. We are happy to travel further (Cheshire, Lancashire, Stafford, Leeds, etc.) by special arrangement - please DM to discuss travel rates.
Do I need to provide parking?
Yes, please. As we carry heavy professional equipment, we require a parking space at or very near your location. If you live in an area with restricted parking or a permit-only zone, please let us know in advance so we can factor this into our arrival time. Any necessary parking charges (such as pay-and-display or secure NCP rates) are not included in the service price and will be added to the final invoice on the day.
What do I need to provide in my home?
Very little. We only require a well-lit space with access to a power outlet and maybe a vacuum cleaner (depending on the service) we bring everything else: sanitised tools, towels and skin-prep products.
What times are you available?
We cater to the "after-hours" lifestyle of our clients. our primary booking slots are evenings and weekends, allowing you to get groomed after the gym or before a big shoot without clashing with your 9-to-5 or filming schedule.

What if my body has a physical reaction (an erection)?
It is a common concern, but please don't worry. This is a natural, involuntary response to relaxation and touch. Our practitioners are trained professionals who see this as a normal physiological event. We won't make it awkward, and we won't bring it up; we simply continue with the service to ensure you stay relaxed.
I’ve never had an intimate service or been naked around another man before.
Stepping out of your comfort zone can feel a bit vulnerable, and that’s okay. We pride ourselves on creating a space where modesty is respected. You are always in control, if you’d prefer to keep your underwear on or use specific towel draping, just let us know. We move at your pace.
Does receiving this service say something about my sexuality?

What if I need to use the toilet mid-service?

How do you ensure hygiene?
We follow a strict sanitisation protocol. All reusable tools are sterilised after every use. We use fresh gloves for every client and all disposables are discarded immediately.
Is this a "discreet" service?
Absolutely. This is a private, 1-on-1 environment. We understand the need for privacy for high-profile creators and athletes. Your identity and your business stay between us.
What is the "Professional Conduct" policy?
This is a professional grooming service. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate end of the session, a permanent ban, and no refund.
Do I have to get fully naked?
For Chest & Abs, you only need to remove your top. For The Speedo Line, you can wear your own swimwear or underwear and we will work around the edges. For Intimate, Buttocks, or Hollywood/Brazilian services, you will need to undress from the waist down to allow for full access and a professional finish. Rest assured, we are professional; the environment is kept clean, discreet, and comfortable at all times.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive showered with clean skin. Do not apply any oils, lotions, or fake tan before the session, as these can clog the blades and affect the closeness of the shave.
What areas do you specialise in?
We are specialist in "Core & Intimate" grooming. Our services are focused exclusively on the areas that define your physique and your content: Chest, Abs, Front Bush, Penis, Scrotum, Buttocks, and Crack. By narrowing our focus, we provide a level of detail and skin-safety that generalist barbers or waxers can't match.
Can I book an "Emergency Touch-Up"?
We understand that content schedules can change fast. We always try to prioritise our regular clients for "Content Emergencies." If you have a last-minute shoot, DM us directly and we will do our best to find a gap in the schedule.

Can I go to the gym immediately after?
We recommend waiting 24 hours before heavy sweating or wearing tight friction-heavy gym gear. This allows your pores to close and prevents "gym-bump" (folliculitis).
Does shaving help with muscle definition?
Yes. Body hair acts as a "filter" that blurs muscle lines. By removing the hair and the top layer of dead skin cells, your skin reflects light better, making your "cuts" and V-taper look significantly more prominent on camera and under gym lights.

Please note: We operate with one practitioner per session. This means that while you are both welcome in the room together, services will be performed one after the other or shared within the time block. This allows for a more intimate, focused experience for both of you.
Do you offer services for male/female couples?
We specialise exclusively in male grooming and wellness. While we welcome male couples or friends booking together, we do not offer services for women at this time. We use specific anti-inflammatory finishers designed to minimise redness. Most clients are camera-ready within a few hours. However, for a major shoot, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance just to let the skin fully settle.

We are a group of creators planning a shoot. Can we all be shaved before we start filming?
Absolutely. We specialise in "Prep Blocks" designed to get your entire team camera-ready. Since we operate with one practitioner to ensure consistent, high-quality results, your group will rotate through their services sequentially.
To ensure everyone looks their absolute best the moment the cameras roll, we provide a "Final Polish" for the whole group at the end of the session. This includes a quick intimate refresh and the application of post-shave balms or oils for everyone, ensuring even the first person serviced looks as fresh as the last.
How should we plan our timing for a group shoot?
We recommend booking your "Prep Block" to conclude approximately 30 minutes before your filming is set to begin. This allows us to complete the individual detailed services and then move into the "Final Prep Window" where everyone gets their last-minute washes and skin balms.
We are happy to help you calculate the perfect time block based on your group size so your production schedule stays right on track.
Do you offer 'Day Rates' for longer shoots?
Yes. If you are a team of creators looking for a half-day or full-day block, please DM for a custom buyout rate.
Are we allowed to film or take photos during the session?
Selfies or "behind the scenes" clips are generally allowed with the express permission of your practitioner.
